Pokhara — A model petrol pump of Nepal Police has come into operation near Lakeside, Pokhara.
The newly established petrol pump, located inside the premises of the Province Police Office at Sahidchowk, has recently started service. It is situated about 100 meters away from the Ward Police Office, Baidam.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police and Information Officer Prakash Sapkota, the pump has begun regular distribution of petrol and diesel for vehicles.
Constructed at a cost of around Rs. 99.66 million, the project was funded by the Welfare Fund under the Police Headquarters, Naxal.
The construction was carried out by the company NC Alpha Hex Tejaswi JV.
